Unique Ceramic Creations

My final was like a super intimidating project. I knew I wanted to make a sculpture of a Monet piece but I just wasn't sure of how I would do that. I forgot which painting I wanted to do, and I put the wrong piece into the discussion thread so I kinda just went with the flow for this one. Once I made the buildings I decided to take some super wet clay and try and make the water look more realistic and like it was moving. When painting the water I kept the red closer to the buildings to really try and make it look like the painting. I also put some yellow at the top of the pointy building to make it look like the sun was reflecting off of it. I had some trouble with the buildings because I didn't know how to make them look super realistic, but in the end I'm happy with how it turned out.
